The words, images, and design on this site belong to us or to the creatives who made them. You are welcome to quote us with a credit and a link. Please ask before reproducing anything in full.
Client work and copyright
All intellectual property rights in work we create for you, including content and concepts, transfer to you once shared. Where possible, we ask to be credited. Project scope, fees, and timings are always set out in a separate written agreement.
Enquiries
Sending an enquiry does not create a contract. We reply with next steps, and any work begins only once a proposal is agreed and, where applicable, a deposit is paid.
Liability
We hold public liability insurance up to £1 million and professional indemnity cover up to £2 million. Nothing in these terms limits liability where the law does not allow it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of Scotland, and the Scottish courts have jurisdiction. Madhatter Creative Limited (t/a Madhatter Creative Co.) is registered in Scotland. Company registration: SC744807.
